What will you be doing here?

Estimar y definir con precisión el volumen de venta futuro, traduciendo el plan comercial en pronósticos de demanda accionables. Guiar la toma de decisiones estratégicas, desde las posibles innovaciones de largo plazo hasta la extrapolación de ventas en ciclos abiertos, asegurando la alineación de los recursos para optimizar la disponibilidad del producto, la eficiencia operativa y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Generación de Pronósticos:

  • Desarrollar y mantener modelos de pronóstico de demanda precisos para el portafolio de productos de Natura&Co, cubriendo desde el largo plazo hasta el corto plazo.

  • Analizar datos históricos de ventas, tendencias de mercado, factores estacionales y económicos, actividades promocionales y lanzamientos de productos para elaborar proyecciones de demanda robustas.

  • Medir la precisión de los pronósticos utilizando métricas como MAPE, WAPE y BIAS e identificar las causas de los desvíos para implementar acciones correctivas.

• Gestión del Proceso S&OP:

  • Participar activamente en el proceso de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), colaborando con las áreas de Marketing, Comercial, Finanzas, Producción y Logística para alinear el plan de demanda integrado de la compañía.

• Optimización de Procesos:

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de planeamiento de demanda, incluyendo la automatización y estandarización de tareas manuales.
