Your Tasks
- Establish work instructions and planning documents for electrical pre-assembly in collaboration with the headquarter
- Creation and modification of pin-to-pin detailed manufacturing documents and cable harness layouts
- Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs
- Technical supervision, support and continuous improvement of the electrical pre-assembly/harness production operations
- Initiate and introduce construction or process changes
- Moderate problem solving between the engineering, quality department and the shopfloor team
- Support engineering department regarding productivity of aerostructures and respective optimizations
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience required, master’s degree would be desirable
- Good user knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD and MS Office
- Practical Lean Manufacturing know-how and mindset
- Please submit your application for this position in English
- C1 levels in Spanish and English required, German would be an advantage
- Willingness to support the start-up phase of our new factory
