About the Client
The client is the owner of a thriving boutique hair salon known for providing luxury haircare experiences and custom solutions. With a growing volume of leads from marketing funnels, they are seeking a proactive and personable virtual assistant to manage early-stage client communications, schedule consultations, and support the sales process.
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Virtual Assistant who can be the first point of contact for potential salon clients. Your role is to pre-qualify incoming leads via messaging and short phone calls, explain the consultation process, and guide qualified prospects to pay the consultation fee.
Responsibilities
- Respond to messages and inquiries from ad/website funnels starting at 7:00 AM (client’s time zone)
- Pre-qualify leads through chat or short phone calls using provided scripts
- Schedule and conduct 10-minute phone consultations with potential clients
- Explain the $120 consultation process and send Square invoices for payment
- Add funnel scripts as needed per the salon owner for clarity or effectiveness
- Work approx. 4 hours/day in split shifts (e.g. 7:30–9:30 AM and 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, flexible based on volume)
- Support and collaborate with the salon owner and funnel team for continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate
- Clear and articulate spoken English with minimal accent
- Friendly and upbeat phone demeanor—must be able to “smile through the phone”
- Prior customer service or sales experience is required
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt based on lead responses
- Interest in the hair/beauty industry is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems like Google Voice, CRM/funnel tools, and invoicing platforms
