Remote SMM Specialist with fluent English and Russian (m/f/d) bei Transparent Hiring

Transparent Hiring is an international company helping IT specialists from Eastern Europe build careers in Germany and relocate there with confidence. We’ve been growing steadily for over 5 years and combine the flexibility of a startup with the stability of an established team.

Now we’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior SMM Specialist to join us. Your mission will be to boost our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — with bold ideas, engaging content, and a clear brand voice. You’ll work closely with the founding team and shape the company’s social media strategy from the inside.

What you’ll tackle
• Plan & publish daily content for Instagram Reels, Stories and Posts, Telegram, and LinkedIn—repurposing webinars, success stories, and blog articles.
• Own the editorial calendar across all content categories, suggest new ideas, keep brand voice and visual style consistent.
• Write & edit long-form posts for the website blog (SEO).
• Maintain Instagram highlights, Telegram pinned posts, LinkedIn, our Google Business page
• Track performance: view and engagement rates, share rate, CTR, engagement quality—not vanity likes.
• Manage the community: moderate Telegram comments, reply to DMs.

You’ll be great if you…
• Have 3+ yrs social media management in a B2C, EdTech, or career-services context.
• Are fluent in Russian (C2) and English (B2+).
• Know basic design/video tools (CapCut, Figma) and can ship assets without waiting on agencies.
• Use GenAI tools daily to save 80% of the time spent on copywriting and video production
• Think in hooks, storytelling, and CTA placement—and back it all with data.

How we’ll measure success
• Content production: 4 TG posts, 3 IG reels/posts, 3 LinkedIn posts, one blog per week.
• Community size doubled within 180 days, while the share of members converted to sales leads increased.
• Playbook documented so freelancers can slot in without drama.
