Are you passionate about our Salesforce CRM and eager to play a key role in its ongoing improvement?
We’re looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager to support and enhance our platform, helping to drive sales force efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
Your Tasks:
Contribute to the development of the Salesforce CRM platform in collaboration with corporate and regional teams
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for IT and functional teams
Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, reports) to meet business requirements
Support integration of Salesforce with other business systems and identify process improvement opportunities
Administer the platform regionally, ensuring smooth daily operations and data accuracy
Provide user training and support to enhance adoption and effective use of the system
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Your Profile:
Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM systems
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are a strong advantage
Solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities and CRM best practices
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
