Your tasks:
Monitoring of on time and correct - in terms of quantity and quality - order release of shipments and deliveries
Creating documents required for dispatch, such as notifications of readiness for dispatch, waybills, forwarding orders, nameplates, export declarations, customs declarations, certificates of origin, certificates of preference
Defining way of dispatch and packing in accordance with requirement of good shipped
Notifying and schedule shipments with forwarding agents and express service providers
Creating job documents (label, packing list, commercial invoice) with ERP system
Creating EX-A using BeoAtlasAusfuhr tool
Monitorin shipments and request proof of delivery and export
Your Profile:
Completed vocational training as a forwarding clerk or comparable qualification
Experience in foreign trade, customs, export
1-3 years of professional experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail
Experience with ERP / MRP systems such as PRMS or SAP preferred
Previous experience with the online systems of FedEx, UPS and other carriers is desired
Knowledge of German (C2) and English (B2)
