As part of our transformation, we are strengthening our Group Commercial Function to help develop sustainable demand generation engines in our operating countries across Europe. To support this growth, we are hiring a Marketing Operations Business Partner to help build high-performing, scalable, and aligned marketing practices across our operating countries.

The position can be performed remotely.

Your tasks:

As a member of our Commercial team, you will report to the Group Head of Monetization. You will be empowered to challenge our strategies and to improve methods, processes, tools, and solutions. To deliver sustainable top line and profit growth, you will partner with our Market Units and Business Units across the Aareon Group.

Specifically, you will:

  • Act as the key business partner for our Marketing tech-stack (with a primary focus on HubSpot and Salesforce), ensuring integration and alignment with sales systems

  • Work with local country teams to optimize processes with a specific focus on ensure that a best-in-class handover process is in place between Marketing and Sales

  • Support local teams to develop demand generation strategies as part of their go-to-market planning, including identifying opportunities to enhance the ways we communicate with our customers

  • Work with local countries to implement mature SDR teams to drive the conversion of MQLs in qualified opportunities

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for marketing performance (pipeline, MQLs, ROI, attribution)

  • Drive database health initiatives including list segmentation, data enrichment, and GDPR compliance

  • Help evaluate and onboard new marketing tools to support evolving team needs

Your profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (ideally, HubSpot and Salesforce)

  • Good understanding of demand generation, funnel metrics, and campaign tracking

  • Strong analytical skills proficiency in Excel, BI tools is a plus

  • Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to build trustful relationships, to inspire and guide colleagues, and to drive best practices across an international organization

  • Passion for continuous improvement and scalable systems

  • Professional proficiency in English. Professional German proficiency a bonus
