In Stade, bei Hamburg, produzieren wir sogenannte „prepregs“ für die Luftfahrtindustrie:

Verbundmaterialien aus speziell entwickelten Harzen, verstärkt mit Fasern aus Kohlenstoff.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres Finanz- und Controllingteams in Stade eine/-n

Financial Management Accountant (d/m/f)

Deine wesentlichen Aufgaben:

• Understand and analyze deviations, propose corrective measures to the Business Accountant, to Operations and Plant managers, e.g. with Profit & Loss, utility expenses, CAPEX, Standard costs, Cost accounting.
• Ensure reporting requirements and deadlines are met whilst ensuring accurate and detailed analysis:
• Month-end reports, e.g. 3rd day, 6th day,
• Quarterly reports, e.g. flash, flux
• Quarterly Estimates, e.g. income statement, bridges
• Plan process
• Ensure detailed review and analysis of Inventory, ensure no risk of stock loss by regular cycle count, review for provisions etc.
• Maintain standard costing system and detailed weekly review of production variances
• Post vendor invoices (AP)

Dein Qualifikationsprofil:

• Bachelor´s degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften or something equivalent, e.g. education as certified Controller CCI/Controller Akademie, with minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a finance team in a manufacturing environment doing controlling-related tasks.
• Or minimum of 5 years´ experience as Industriekaufmann/-frau in a manufacturing environment doing controlling-related tasks
• German and English, verbal and written, both at least on a B2-level
• Ambition to take a leadership role in the mid-term future (~ 5 years)
• MS Office, principally advanced Excel skills (e.g. Macros, Power pivot)
• Discretion and loyalty
