The Director of Partner Success, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Customer Delivery and collaborating closely with the Alliances team, is responsible for integrating all essential components of a Global Partner Delivery Program. This role involves the creation of collateral, the standardization of processes, and the communication of all relevant information both internally and externally to WalkMe's personnel and its expanding partner ecosystem. This is a cross-functional role that will bring together the business and partner stakeholders across the organization and standardize their existing partner practices into one cohesive operating model.
What You'll Own
Define and manage Global partner delivery-related processes including updating and standardizing current processes, identifying gaps in the partner experience and coalescing multiple resources to establish, implement and/or maintain best practices
Build strong relationships with key delivery partners
Engage and collaborate with Senior Management, Services, Enablement, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems and more to define key facets of WalkMe's partner vision
Drive the partner experience and serve as the voice of the partner
Standardize and update documentation related to the partner ecosystem and varying engagement models
Define and activate cross-organizational RACI and rules of engagement for sales, partners and supporting organizations
Deliver core messaging around the partner program and guide the development of partner facing collateral
Minimum 5-10 years experience developing partner programs with Global Systems Integrators, Technology Partners, Service Providers, ISV's, Delivery and Regional Partners
Knowledge of partner ecosystems and design
Ability to build collateral based on work stream output
Ability to track and manage processes across multiple decision and stakeholder groups
Assertive mindset with the ability to drive outcomes cross-functionally
Knowledge to recognize and grow joint value propositions and use cases
Analyze and implement resolutions to problems that align to impacted teams
Significant focus on revenue generation through partnerships via different monetization methods
