About This Role:

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager/ Office Manager - Part Time (20 hours) to support our Workplace Experience Manager in London and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and engaging environment for our Atollians. This role goes beyond office management — you’ll be the face and spirit of our London hub, making it a place where people connect, collaborate, and thrive. From day-to-day operations to events and culture-building initiatives, you'll help shape an office experience that people look forward to.

Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Represent the London office with warmth, professionalism, and positive energy.
  • Support smooth daily operations, including facilities, vendors, and admin operational tasks.
  • Contribute to aligned process improvements within the WEM team and assist with vendor selection and coordination.
  • Plan and organize internal events and special moments for the team.
  • Collaborate with the IT operational team to ensure every onboarding and off-boarding is properly done, setting up devices.
  • Report to the Global Workplace Director and support consistent workplace standards.

 

Your Profile:

  • You’re collaborative, caring, and proactive. You enjoy creating connections and contributing to a strong team spirit. 
  • You’re organised, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
  • You take initiative and stay composed under pressure.
  • You value diverse perspectives and bring openness and respect to every interaction. English speaking is required.
  • You’re adaptable and detail-focused, with a growth mindset and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • You’re curious about digital marketing, cashback, or coupon space — or eager to learn, helping you better support the people around you.
  • Having IT skills or background is a strong asset for the job.
