Your tasks

Your main tasks

• Adding, amending and removing user accounts.
• Troubleshouting and resolving or escalating desktop or network computer issues
• Use Ticket system to document employee support requests
• Provide support, including sign posting to procedural documentation
• Monitoring and maintaingin computer systems and networks
• Manage and update hardware and software asset registers
• Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
• Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
• Support the delivery of IT rollouts and projects
• Supporting telephony and hardware infrastructure

Your profile

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• IT knowledge – technical.  You may have gained this at school, college, self-taught or work experience.
• Good communicator and excellent timekeeping.
• Ability to work constructively within a team.
• Customer orientated with excellent problem solving skills.
• The ability to multitask and to manage changing workloads and priorities.
• Be reliable, determined and trustworthy.
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn.
