The Role
We are seeking a strategic GTM Strategy Lead to drive data-driven insights and operational excellence across our go-to-market team. This role will partner closely with the CRO and VP of Sales to provide proactive pipeline analysis, performance optimisation recommendations, and strategic planning support.

Key Focus Areas:
Strategic Analytics & Planning - Deliver forward-looking pipeline coverage analysis, funnel performance insights, and competitive intelligence to inform revenue strategy and resource allocation decisions
Process & Operations Excellence - Design and optimise scalable sales processes from lead to order, ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving continuous improvement across the GTM organisation
Technology & Reporting Infrastructure - Own CRM systems and sales tech stack, build executive dashboards, and ensure data accuracy to support reliable forecasting and performance tracking
Responsibilities
Monitor win rates, deal velocity, and performance metrics across segments to identify optimisation opportunities
Conduct market and competitive intelligence analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies
Support revenue forecasting, territory planning, and sales capacity modelling
Lead commercial performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations for growth initiatives
Partner with GTM teams on strategic planning cycles and resource allocation decisions
Analyse pipeline coverage, funnel performance, and competitive trends to provide strategic insights to CRO and sales leadership
Requirements
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations
Proven background in revenue operations, management consulting, or chief of staff roles with excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven analysis
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), advanced spreadsheet modelling, and our sales tech stack (e.g. Gong, Kluster, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and sales enablement best practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Bonus Skills
Experience working in a Private Equity backed company - preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
