We’re looking for a Customer Growth Associate to join our Customer Growth Team. An exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading company in the nonprofit software market and to develop new skills working with our existing and growing client base.

At Enthuse, we’re on a mission to transform digital fundraising by building the technology that empowers great causes. Our donations, fundraising, and event registration platform helps charities raise hundreds of millions of pounds a year.

Launched in 2012, we’ve come a long way — we've grown our team to over 70 people, and now serve thousands of charities. What's more, Enthuse is the official online fundraising partner for London Marathon Events and Great Run. It’s still early, but we’re on an incredible journey.

Reporting to the Customer Growth Team Manager, you’ll be helping us to transform digital fundraising for UK charities. You’ll be critical in growing and further developing the relationships with our charity clients— and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people striving to make a real impact.

How you will contribute..

  • Sales: Engage with small UK charities, converting inbound leads into sales through discovery calls, product pitches, and closing.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, and ensure they are set up for success with Enthuse’s platform.
  • Client Retention and Success: Conduct retention calls, identify any concerns, review their experience, and provide solutions to increase their satisfaction and engagement with Enthuse. Develop ongoing relationships to reduce churn and encourage long-term usage of our products.
  • Fee and Service Queries: Serve as the point of contact for small charity clients regarding any fee or service-related queries, resolving issues quickly and ensuring clarity on how Enthuse’s pricing aligns with their needs.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate closely with the wider commercial teams to ensure every opportunity is maximised. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and Enthuse’s latest updates.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed by reading industry blogs, attending events, and engaging in continuous learning to keep your skills and knowledge sharp.

About you..

  • You must demonstrate a genuine desire to work in sales
  • A personable, engaging communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about supporting the charity sector and driven by helping clients achieve their missions.
  • Process-oriented and comfortable following structured sales, onboarding, and retention processes.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically to address customer needs.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer conflicts by identifying root causes, facilitating open communication, and implementing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to balance sales targets, onboarding, and retention duties.
  • Persistent, diligent, and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and offer tailored solutions.
  • A naturally curious person who enjoys asking productive questions and digging deeper into client needs.
  • A positive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with peers to achieve shared success.
