The Role

This role supports the day to day delivery of publisher ad campaigns ensuring client delivery and performance goals are met on time and with a high-standard of service. There is a focus on finding and reporting problems as well as supporting Campaign Managers to document solutions.


Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable delivery of ad campaigns using advertising technology and systems to meet client KPIs (performance goals) including trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, billing and reconciliation
  • You’ll work in a collaborative environment and be supported by your team to improve campaign performance and execute best practice campaign set up
  • You’ll follow process and workflow set by managers, as well as contribute recommendations and identify opportunities to improve them
  • You’ll analyse performance metrics using ad technologies to track ad campaigns to success
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams, including internal and external teams to spot opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • You’ll demonstrate proactivity and commitment in delivering your campaigns, personal objectives and contribution to team targets to the best of your ability


Required Experience/ Skills

  • You’ll ideally have a degree and/or equivalent vocational experience, however full training will be provided
  • We’re looking for someone who is eager to start their career in Ad Operations, with some understanding of the role Ad Operations plays in digital advertising. You’ll have a good understanding of the digital landscape, programmatic technologies in addition to commercial aspects of advertising
  • You’ll be comfortable working to tight deadlines and under pressure, prioritising your workload to deliver consistent, high-quality output
  • You’ll be a team-player, full of motivation and a can-do attitude. You’ll be familiar working across multiple teams and ready to communicate technical recommendations to experts and non-experts alike
