Your skills & experience 


  • You have an eye for opportunities, a logical and commercial mindset, and an excellent understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • You have demonstrable sales experience, clearly showing how you’ve met/exceeded your targets through hunger and ambition.
  • You’re naturally persuasive and resilient, able to handle objections constructively.
  • You love connecting with people and building strong relationships, whether over email, on calls, or face-to-face - you’re someone who understands the power of networking.
  • With a keen growth mindset, you are always looking for opportunities to support stakeholders in developing and delivering strategic new business plans.
  • You’ve played a role in event management and understand what it takes to create an exceptional event experience.
  • You demonstrate outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a collaborative, proactive attitude, keen to get involved, inspire, and support team members.
  • You have strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • You have experience using a CRM system with the ability to ensure it is continually monitored and kept updated.

 

 

The role  

A dynamic, commercial, client-facing role with real responsibility from day one. You’ll partner with internal, senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic new business plans, proactively identifying and securing new clients.


You'll have your own financial target tied to your commission structure, and you'll be responsible for generating a set number of high-quality leads. To hit those goals, you’ll use smart industry research, competitor insights, and focused outreach campaigns — all in close collaboration with our Marketing team.

 

Other key aspects of the role include:

 

  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with prospects from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Managing inbound leads through the “Hello” mailbox and tender/procurement portals.
  • Actively leveraging and expanding the networks of your partnered stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations that generate leads and support client acquisition.
  • Managing and maintaining our CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Tracking and analysing key performance indicators, regularly reporting progress against targets, and identifying areas of improvement.

 

 

Recruitment process

The recruitment process for this role will be as follows:

  1. If you're successful through the first "screener stage", you will be asked to complete a logical/numerical test over Microsoft Teams.
  2. If you pass the logical/numerical tests, you will have a first-stage virtual interview with the hiring team.
  3. If you are successful after the first virtual interview, you will be invited for the final stage, which will be a face-to-face interview at our offices in Farringdon. Here, there will be a task involved.
