Octopus has built worldwide renown for its customer service. We are the only one of the big six energy providers in the UK that has a positive net promoter score, and are now replicating that success across the world.
Underlying this success is the Kraken technology platform, designed from the ground up for the energy sector, and covering everything from billing to managing customer interactions.
We are looking for an experienced data leader to lead the data analysts & scientists supporting our operational teams, enabling them to extract key actionable insights from the Kraken platform, and help the teams to delight our customers. The successful candidate will report directly into the Global Head of Data Science, a member of Octopus
Energy Group senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on core data problems at a company that is passionate about building great technology to change the way customers use energy and move us closer to Net Zero.
