We’re looking for skilled Printers—ideally with flexographic printing experience—to join our dynamic and growing team at MCC Cardiff (Nantgarw).
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our production team, you’ll:
- Deliver consistent, high-quality print runs that meet exacting standards and customer specifications.
- Maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce downtime across all printing operations.
- Collaborate across departments, supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement to enhance overall performance.
- Take an active role in Operations Improvement Forums, driving ongoing enhancements to processes and outcomes.
- Uphold quality systems and contribute to local risk assessments with precision and care.
- Promote a culture of safety, reporting concerns and championing best practices at every opportunity.
- Support our sustainability goals, helping to ensure environmentally responsible production.
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Hands-on experience as a printing press operator, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality output.
- Confidence using IT systems and custom in-house software.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- A reliable, flexible, and proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership of their work.
- A passion for continuous improvement, quality, and safety in everything you do.
