Job Purpose


The 10 Group are looking to hire an Account Manager to play a central role in our fast-paced, highly creative integrated marketing and communications agency in Marylebone, London. The account manager keeps their team informed through clear and timely communication, taking a solutions based approach to problems, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects/accounts and is accountable for delivery of core responsibilities.


Key Deliverables & Responsibilities


  • Being the point of contact for client communications, queries and deadlines
  • Supporting account directors in daily client communications, managing expectations and delivering updates e.g. EOW updates, WIP documents
  • Owning client presentations and reports - leading on input, structure and presenting to the client
  • Updating client WIPs (ahead of WIP calls) & running of client WIP calls
  • Chasing client feedback and meeting deadlines (managing timelines)

  • Updating on external/client deliverables/deadlines

  • Creation of project timelines (with support from account lead)

  • Managing internal delivery of projects through coordination with the strategy, creative, design and studio teams.

  • Creative contribute to briefs, oversee creative development/production and manage quality control for outbound work.

  • Take ownership of agency processes
  • Demonstrating an ability to identify and support on new business opportunities, working on and attending pitches and creating new ideas

Split between clients, agency and professional development.


Skills


  • Managing multiple accounts and client requirements/outstanding organisational skills are required
  • Attention to detail regarding client communications, sharing agency work and internal processes
  • Effective briefing of creative/production/design/editorial based on client briefs
  • Strong time management and prioritisation capabilities
  • Outstanding organisational skills including budget management, timeline creation and resource allocation
  • Excellent client servicing experience, including daily comms and reporting
  • Strong internal and external reporting process
  • Excellent collaborator and enthusiast
  • Problem solver mentality
  • Presentation skills for both internal and external meetings


Qualifications


  • 2+ years working in a marketing , advertising or communications role within an agency environment
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant subject area (communications, marketing)
  • Foundation training in marketing, advertising or communications
