Co-Ordinator – Enhanced Housing Management Team

Salary: £29,696 - £34,384
Permanent - Full time 35 hours a week

Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting the Enhanced Housing Management Team for the delivery of effective and efficient management of complex and high-rise buildings. To provide and deliver a full and effective administrative support to the wider team to ensure our approach to building and safety management is aligned with our obligations as a landlord and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the document management requirements for the team. To work with Property & Safety Managers/Casework Managers as part of the multi-disciplinary team in the Enhanced Housing Management Team. To help deliver excellent property management services to A2Dominion residents, seeking to provide a same day return contact and first-time fix service with the objective of continually reducing complaints.  Providing innovative solutions to existing issues and ensuring that future changes are anticipated.

Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver excellent standards and performance in relation to customer service, regulatory and legal compliance, best practice and innovation, specifically in the areas of:
- Responsible for resolving low level resident queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams.
- Ensuring residents’ enquiries are responded to appropriately and service is delivered in accordance with service standards policies, procedures, statutory regulations and relevant Codes of Practice.
- Maintaining an acceptable level of contact with our residents for the duration of a ‘live’ case in an agreed format.
- Providing lease administration services for residents
- Ensuring that accurate resident contact and property records are maintained in accordance with relevant procedures
- Raising and receipt of purchase orders
- Raising of communal repairs orders
- Processing Mutual Exchanges
- Being data holder for PCFRAs

* Support the casework managers with their workload which will include case management until conclusion; direct contact with residents; liaison with internal stakeholders; and feedback to the wider team
* To assist with the collation and storage of data ensuring it is accessible by the team and wider business. This will include liaison with multiple internal teams who hold an interest in the data.
* To generate and maintain reports which provide key data on the performance of the team. In addition, you will be required to provide feedback on the data collated including trends and recommendations for improvements.
* To effectively liaise with counterparts across the business to provide a smooth-running service.

More about you:
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
* Full clean UK driving license (desirable)
* Previous administration experience and attention to detail
* Experience of delivery in customer orientated service, housing or similar environment
* Good communication skills with residents and internal stakeholders across the business
* Experience of adopting a continuous improvement approach and adapting to change
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel etc
* Ability to analyse information in order to draw logical conclusions
* Knowledge of current housing &/or welfare benefits legislation and up to date case law (desirable)
