Hybrid Production Operator – Surface Mount Technology - Late Shift bei Cicor

Job Purpose: To carry out manufacturing process steps for the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemble product to agreed quality levels to meet customer expectations. This role is for the late shift: 14:00 - 00:00, Monday - Thursday.Responsibilities:Set-up and run SMT lines to specified efficiency and process quality levelsEnsure product meets IPC 610 to the specified classInput and preparation of process control documentation including first off inspectionEnsure you are familiar with the department’s output production targetsComplete all necessary paperwork and update databases to meet the requirements of the quality management systemEnsure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing processMaintain to the highest-level workmanship and product standards, and ensure no scrap is created with minimal re-work outside of design Person Specification:Professional manner with excellent internal customer service skillsGood understanding of English including verbal and written communication skillsReliable and strives for high quality standardsAccurate with good manual dexterityDesire to learn and developInterest in electronics / manufacturing  Previous experience: Preferred: Experience of running pick and place machines, using MyData, Dek, Jet printer, SPI,  and reflow ovens Good component recognition skillsPrevious experience of package creation Jetzt bewerben
