What Will You Do?
- Contribute to the creation and strategic implementation of the Erborian UK Influencer & PR strategy
- Present as an expert in Digital, keeping well informed of social opportunities, channels, influencers, innovations and competitors
- Lead paid-for activities with micro & mid influencers from inception to delivery and evaluation
- Manage external agencies (influencer agency, creative agency)
- Take day-to-day responsibility for running the Budget trackers, overseeing key internal tracking systems, reporting and overall payment management for external vendors
- Support Senior Consumer Engagement Manager in implementing the PR & Influencer Marketing strategy for Erborian in the UK, aiming at accelerating EMV & awareness
- Media and Influencer relations: meeting regularly influencers and Tik Tok creators as key priority & Press to maintain relationships, supporting editorial and organic social coverage generation
- Support in leading creative productions/animations for the brand such as mailers & events, ensuring projects are executed in a timely manner and liaising with agencies for production support
- Responsible for fuelling always-on community growth – delivering key KPI of doubling brand community size and increasing brand awareness through relevant influencers and press partners
- Work closely with the team on mass outreach & product seeding to community alongside the maintenance of an updated PR list
- Management and responsibility of micro-community programme
- Responsible for analysing results and competitors via media platforms such Tribe Dynamics
- Responsible for weekly & monthly reporting on influencer activity for the brand, staying close to Tribe EMV Dashboard Metrics to ensure monthly targets are met
- Identifying and recommending new paid influencer partnerships for the brand – making sure influencer content is relevant to the UK consumer & the overall campaign objectives to drive accelerated awareness for the brand
- Manage end-to-end influencer paid partnerships – from discovery to pitching & briefing, to content approval & live date alignment, to payment processing & final reporting
- Support in leading all paid influencer & TikTok campaigns and oversee implementation ensuring content is UK consumer relevant, creative, and trending whilst delivering maximum views
- Work closely with Paid Media Team to manage paid partnership boosting strategy, process & reporting
- Work with CRM to drive sales and promotional performance via conversion influencer partnerships
- Responsible for the delivery of reporting on all key influencer metrics
- Proactively propose and implement new opportunities for the brand: Contact and explore potential partnerships with other brands/partners/agencies to maximize results, keep up with social media innovations
- Execute the PR strategy and all media outreach initiatives, organising events and press trips, answering press queries, proactively pitching product features, attending press/influencer/agent appointments, maximising placement opportunities and building brand awareness
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key press contacts across all media channels
- Maintain the operational smooth running of all press coverage for the brand
The Perfect Candidate:
- Proven experience leading Influencer marketing and PR campaigns at a large scale for 3+ years, ideally for a leading Beauty, brand or Fashion/ Agency Experience with Influencer Marketing Dashboard tools – specifically Creator IQ/Tribe Dynamics
- Must have direct PR & Influencer Marketing experience, possess high of level Tik Tok creators, influencers, and editorial contacts
- Experience working to strict deadlines and delivering a consistent multi-channel plan on time and full, highlighting any areas at risk whilst ensuring a timely delivery
- Proven track record of project management – with experience in organizing high awareness driving paid influencer partnerships across Tik Tok, IG & You Tube, press events, trips, and targeted outreach
- Understanding of Paid Media, social media, online titles, and influencers
- Ability to deliver both proactive and responsive media relations
- Consumer Centric approach – to drive brand clarity and consideration in the most relevant way to the local consumer
- Knowledge and experience of working for a start-up brand and constantly looking for new opportunities to drive awareness
- The ability to cultivate strong relationships both externally (media & key influencers) and internally (key stakeholders & international teams)
- Passionate about the beauty industry with a strong interest in the brand and the products
- Ability to be strategic as well as operational, working within a start-up environment
