What you’ll do

• Business partnering across the organization (Finance, Product, Transformation, Commercial, Technology, Pricing, Supply) across all solutions under the AMEX GBT Umbrella (GBT Group, GBT Select, Egencia, Ovation) to enable profitable growth.
• Program / Project manage key initiatives & deliverables to advance company objectives.
• Enable AMEX-GBT group towards smarter decisions & outcomes using data.
• Enable the groups strategic pathway towards enterprise value & total shareholder return.
• Provision of ad-hoc analysis, assisting in key projects and business support when required.
• Support quarterly forecasting, annual planning processes, multiyear strategy.

What we're looking for

• You have either 3+ years of finance experience in a related field corporate finance / FP&A / Business Partnering / Program Management / Accounting / Tech (and/or) or 1+ years in investment banking / consulting.
• BS/BA or MS/MA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or any similar discipline (a plus if you are a Qualified accountant (CPA/CIMA), MBA, or similar accreditation)
• Eye For Business. Knowledge of functional elements which are important for business profitability in order to influence, drive and positively impact business result.
• High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis, including advanced Excel and experience working with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to design and present analysis in a concise manner.
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and with finance/non-finance partners.
• Takes ownership of the accuracy, reliability and relevance of the reporting and analysis
• Ability to build trust and gain support of personnel across organization.
• Proven experience of successfully managing a diverse and rapidly changing workload and managing your team to deliver high quality outputs to deadlines
• Proven ability to work with cross functional teams across multiple time zones and to manage key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
