What You’ll Do:
IMG are looking for assistant account managers to work on an array of prestigious clients in the sporting world, supporting the delivery of social media campaigns, digital marketing and insights.
This role will support IMG’s digital services that we deliver to clients.
Please note:
This is a permanent position based at our facility in Chiswick Park, London.
You may be required to attend or travel to other IMG locations or off-site meetings as needed.
Unsocial hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays, may be required in line with business needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Generating ideas and then planning and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns on behalf of clients
Briefing and managing social media community managers in multiple countries / multiple projects
Managing content production including working with graphic designers and video editors
Responsible for content planning and evaluation of results including KPI tracking
Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company)
Project management and milestone tracking to meet deadline
Writing reports for delivery to clients, including media performance and insights
Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
Experience working with social and digital media and a perspective on the impact of all leading Western platforms (e.g. IG, FB, X, TikTok, etc.)
An understanding of digital marketing – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial)
Previous experience in client facing roles or experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organization
Experience with content planning, production, and publishing across multiple platforms and channels
Excellent editing and writing skills with the ability to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
Experience using digital analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, X) and providing actionable insights from their metrics
Understanding of social media and all the uses, with an appreciation of marketing, audience segmentation, profiling, paid and content targeting
Experience in using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite,CapCut, etc.
