As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the day to day team operations within the distribution centre, with around 15 people per shift

• Responsible for your team's holiday, sickness, reviews, investigations etc

• Maintaining health and safety

This is a full time, permanent role, where you will be working Monday to Friday between 14:00pm - 22:00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous experience in a Team Leader/Manager role in a Distribution Centre/Warehouse environment

• Health and safety experience in a similar environment

• Passionate about leading, developing, mentoring your team

• MHE and/or counterbalance is preferred but not essential
