As a virtual sales executive within BOSS Bicester, you will be responsible for providing first class customer service over our virtual selling platform.

This role is a commission-based role and you will be working towards Key Performance Indicators.

-Providing excellent customer service  
-Building relationships with clients over virtual selling platform  
-Sending personalised outreach to clients in order to show them new collections and bring them back to store  
-Dealing with customer enquiries and working to find the best solution.  
-Creating catalogues to showcase stock  
-Selling to clients over our virtual selling platform and organising postal services. 

- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with excellent understanding or premium fashion industry.

- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.

- Commercial mindset.

- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business.

- Willingness to constantly learn and develop to the need of the business.

- Proficient utilization of business systems and latest technology.
