Outcomes
- Work with our Creative Solutions Team to deliver a programme of content, events, prospect and existing customer engagement tailored to the 4 sub sectors within Banking & FS – Banking, Investment & Asset Management, Insurance & FS – all activity should be designed to raise the profile of our expertise in this space and generate meaningful leads and customer gain.
- Acquire net new ‘large enterprise size’ banking & FS customers across the full suite of GTI products and services while developing relationships with a range of stakeholders from scratch.
- Retain and develop existing relationships with large enterprise size clients within the banking & financial services sectors to generate strong retention as well as expansion opportunities into other product and services lines.
- Build relationships with a broad range of contacts within the ‘large enterprise size’ Banking & FS base – focusing on senior budget holders & strategic thinkers
- Gain a detailed understanding of their main priorities, objectives and challenges and position yourself as a key strategic partner.
- Identify how and where our platform, research & recruiting solutions add value, creating meaningful growth sales activity as a result.
- Work closely with our Customer Success, Student Success & Recruiting Solutions team to ensure all contracts and expectations are met & exceeded.
- Create a strong retention environment, reducing existing (low levels) of churn.
- Lead QBR’s with customer success managers to maintain presence in all customer relationships and spot potential opportunities.

- Professional manner, and able to articulate effectively to all levels of stakeholder
- Organised and highly motivated
- An outstanding communicator; verbal, written and when presenting.
- Excellent rapport building skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals with a growth mindset
- Be able to take a position as a senior and respected member of the team, able to mentor and train newer members of the team
- Strong contributor as part of a team but also building cross-functional trust and relationships within our organisation.
Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in a Quota Carrying Role with experience selling into HR, Recruitment or Early Careers teams preferred.
- Proven Quota Attainment across both customer acquisition & growth.
- Educated to degree level
- Computer literate – MS Office, email, web, digital
- Analytical and comfortable with compiling and delivery reports
- Excellent phone and conversational skills
Other Information
- Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
- 3-month probationary period.
