The Senior Stylist plays a pivotal role in the creation of high-quality, on-brand visual content for the e-commerce platform. This position is responsible for styling products in line with brand guidelines and current trends, ensuring a seamless customer experience through aspirational yet commercially-driven imagery. The role is to also optimize on-set efficiency and manage the styling assistants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the styling on e-commerce gallery shoots, ensuring all products are presented in a visually compelling and commercially viable way.
- Style outfits that reflect the brand’s identity while promoting key products and seasonal trends, styling consistency across all product categories, including clothing, footwear, and accessories
- Collaborate with photographers, models, and art directors to achieve cohesive, on-brand imagery.
- Define and maintain the brands aesthetic and styling guidelines in line with the brand identity.
- Stay updated on seasonal trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform styling choices.
- Adapt styling to highlight product features, fit, and quality effectively for an online audience.
- Oversee the organization and regular updating of the styling cupboard, ensuring all samples, accessories, and styling tools are in excellent condition and readily available for shoots.
- Work closely with the Studio Manager, Art Directors, and E-Commerce teams to meet daily and weekly shoot targets
- Review final imagery to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards before upload.
- Provide feedback to the photography and retouching teams to enhance visual output.
