We are currently seeking Full-Time Remote Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour, plus monthly performance-based commission.

Position: This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.  We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role.

Hours:  Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm

Preferred:

• 2 years of Customer Service, Call Center experience, and/or collections experience 
• Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
• Proficient with basic computer operations and software
• Strong active listening and effective communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
