Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Asset Visibility and Security Engineering Lead to support the implementation of cybersecurity strategies that safeguard its digital network, connected assets, hosted applications, data, and employees. This role focuses on securing the Operational Technology (OT) environment, which is critical to mail and package handling operations.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect OT systems, networks, and applications
- Support OT security operations through asset visibility solutions, network access control, USB device control, file integrity monitoring, vulnerability management, and security event investigations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure all technical solutions align with cybersecurity goals and architectural standards
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of secure OT infrastructure across a large-scale enterprise environment
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in OT security within a large enterprise IT/OT environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Forescout, Armis Centrix, Splunk (knowledge object development), Windows/Linux administration, and database design/implementation
Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant technical certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and flowcharts
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results
