The Customer Experience (Marketing) team works to showcase our brand through the lens of expertise and love. They work to provide a personalized experience for our consumers backed by best-in-class, data-driven marketing capabilities. The Customer Experience team focuses across 4 departments including, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and our Loyalty & CRM team. This role is based at PetSmart’s Phoenix Home Office, where associates currently enjoy the benefits of in-person collaboration while having the flexibility to work remotely one day per week (a “flex workday” with leader approval), and an expected four days in the office. About the Job:The Loyalty Specialist, Loyalty Platform & Promotions is responsible for executing PetSmart Treats Rewards Loyalty program initiatives and offers primarily within the technology platform.
They will also play a key role in the loyalty promotional strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the Loyalty team in the creative planning and execution of Treats Rewards loyalty program offers
- Assist in execution of Treats Rewards offer planning process and configuration of bonus points offers within the loyalty platform
- Serve as a subject matter expert for loyalty program troubleshooting, provide timely resolutions to member inquiries and system related errors
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail by proofreading and validating offer setups, communications, reports, and creative proofing to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate and collaborate on meeting with internal stakeholders
KEYS TO SUCCESS
- Partnership: Collaborate with colleagues across PetSmart, including Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and others to execute offer setup and reporting
- Customer Centricity: Support and deliver the PetSmart Treats Reward program best-in-class member experiences.
- Planning: Coordinate and execute loyalty tactics across multiple channels to deliver exceptional member experiences.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business functions including Marketing, Merchandising, Services, and Finance
- Able to demonstrate advanced PC application skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read, interpret, and report on systems and data
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert within the data and the loyalty platform
- Ability to manage complex systems/campaign workflows
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred
- Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to understand key business problems and translate into marketing solutions
- 1-2+ years of corporate experience (marketing or loyalty experience a plus)
