Who We Are

The Enterprise Technology Services Division (ETSD) of the Office of the State Court Administrator (OSCA), part of the Oregon Judicial Department (OJD), is hiring a Microsoft 365/Mobile Devices Team Supervisor (Information Technology Supervisor).

ETSD provides business solutions, system support, technology vendor management, and information security for OJD. Position Highlights

As the Microsoft 365/Mobile Devices Team Supervisor, you will assign work to staff, monitor and evaluate the work, and provide feedback, motivation, and mentorship. You will ensure the effective flow of team communication, address staff complaints, and address team/personnel issues. You will review and approve leave requests and timesheets. As hiring needs arise, you will review applications, participate on interview panels, and provide orientation to new team members. You will be required to attend supervisor meetings and work group meetings in person that occur across the state and ensure that your team members receive proper training. Although you may not drive often in this position, you may be required to respond in real time to troubleshoot issues in-person statewide; for that reason, driving is required for this position as is the ability to occasionally travel overnight.

You will handle all the administrative aspects of the Microsoft 365 cloud-based presence for OJD. You will configure, test, implement, and manage MS 365, security tools, cloud services, and OnPrem Exchange systems. You will administer and manage OJD’s MS 365 cloud license, manage MS Azure services, and provide administrative oversight of our Azure commercial and government tenants. You will evaluate and recommend MS 365 products and features for enterprise use and troubleshoot and mitigate security incidents. You will analyze various configurations, statistics, reports, and potential risks. You will also perform ad hoc configuration and data analysis through PowerShell.

Additionally, you will configure, design, manage, and administer Mobile Device Management, Apple hardware, and mobile cloud storage for OJD devices. You will handle cost controls, inventory management, deployment, and user account management. You will evaluate and recommend devices and accessories to purchase. You will also analyze, test, deploy, and manage apps for OJD-issued mobile devices and resolve security and mobile device issues.

You will represent ETSD and OJD at meetings with internal stakeholders, hardware and software vendors, businesses, and community partners. You will collaborate with other ETSD teams and will engage in discussions with upper management about proposed actions, changes, and enhancements to enterprise-wide systems and services. You will also prepare and deliver clear, concise, and accurate records and reports.

Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.
