WFH Collector - Base Pay + Commission
United Built Homes is seeking an individual with collections experience to join our team!
Schedule and Compensation:
The required schedule for this full time position is Monday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday. Compensation will include a competitive hourly rate, plus commission.

Job Duties:
- Collection calls and correspondence in a goal oriented collections department.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with customers.
- Collection experience preferred but we will offer training for the right person.
- Must be able to work from home, maintaining reliable internet access and a dedicated work space that is free of distractions.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Arkansas, Louisiana or Texas
- Ability to make and receive phone calls to and from customers
- Process payments and update status of accounts
- Ability to type on a computer for a large portion of the day
- Communicate with other Collections Department/UBH staff
