We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role may be based in Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, or Italy — location is flexible and depends on you!
As Head of Fiduciary Operations, you will be part of a dynamic global team responsible for delivering high-quality fiduciary services across the region. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a large team, drive operational excellence, and support transformation initiatives to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
We will count on you to:
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 150 colleagues across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Deliver and optimize the regional Fiduciary target operating model, including People, Process, and Location strategies.
- Oversee core activities such as Accrual, Invoicing, and Credit Control, ensuring KPIs like Budget, Time to Invoice, and Days Receivables Outstanding are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance client service, and implement best practices.
- Manage financial and regulatory controls, ensuring compliance and supporting transformation initiatives within the Fiduciary function.
What you need to have:
- Approximately 20 years of professional experience in large, multinational organizations.
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading large-scale Fiduciary or Customer Accounts operations, with a strong understanding of the work involved.
- Experience managing virtual teams across multiple locations, including offshore teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change management at scale and pace.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
