Monitorea la información de la operatividad en tiendas, generando análisis y seguimiento a la misma, para la atención oportuna de los incidentes de seguridad que se presenten, así como de los protocolos que se ejecuten

TAREAS ESENCIALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

• Visita a tiendas 
• Entrevistas a personal de operaciones y capturar datos.
• Recabar indicios y pesquizas sobre las investigaciones. 
• Supervisar las tiendas sobre temas de seguridad en las instalaciones de la misma.
• Solicitud y supervisión de servicios de guardias tanto diurnos como nocturnos mediante los canales de patrullaje. 
• Generar informes  de las actividades realizadas.
• Atención y canalización con los diferentes proveedores de servicios técnicos solicitados por las tiendas 
• En caso de un evento de robo o intrusión, emitir el informe correspondiente. 

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA

• 1 a 2 años en universidad en Criminología, Psicología, Derecho o Ciencia Forense.
• Mínimo de 1-3 años de experiencia en investigación, preferiblemente en un entorno empresarial.
