Homeoffice Sales Coordinator bei Verve
Verve · Vereinigte Staaten Von Amerika · Remote
- Professional
At Verve, we’re expanding what’s possible in modern research.
We fuse Human, Cultural, and Artificial Intelligence to help some of the world’s most iconic brands – Samsung, Unilever, Mars Petcare, Shell, and more – make faster, smarter decisions. From brand innovation to strategic foresight; our work spans categories, continents, and cutting-edge technology.
We’re known not just for the quality of our insight, but for how we get there: rigorous thinking, AI innovation, and a human-first approach that keeps real people at the heart.
While our consultants and strategists drive the thinking, it’s our systems, processes, and people behind the scenes who keep everything moving – and that’s where this role comes in.
We’re a hybrid team of 100+ across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. This full-time, permanent role is based in South Africa and fully remote. You’ll report into a local line manager and work in close partnership with our UK commercial team. You’ll join a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and ambition – where even small operational wins build big momentum.
About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to take ownership of how our commercial pipeline is run, maintained, and made smarter – so we can convert more opportunities, faster.
You’ll bring structure and follow-through to New Business: making sure meetings lead to actions, deals are tracked and moved forward, and the team is working from clean, reliable data. It’s an operational role with commercial edge – part administrator, part process improver, part driver of momentum.
It’s a great fit for someone who loves detail, enjoys making systems run smoothly behind the scenes, and gets satisfaction from helping a fast-paced team operate at their best.
Specific responsibilities:
Weekly NBD Coordination: Own and prep the weekly check-in
- Build the agenda around deal status, blockers, and reporting needs
- Keep the team accountable for updates and pipeline hygiene
- Make sure actions and follow-ups are captured in the CRM sales tool
Pipeline Management & Deal Hygiene: Keep the pipeline clean, accurate, and moving
- Audit open deals weekly – flag inactivity, stalled stages, or missing info
- Ensure meetings are logged and tied to the right deals
- Maintain clear, consistent tagging (e.g. sector, use case, product type)
- Archive or update stale deals
Meeting Notes & Data Capture: Turn meetings into momentum
- Review meeting recordings and summarise directly into our CRM sales tool
- Capture client intent, outcomes, and next steps – relieving deal owners of admin
- Book, log and manage meetings via lead gen partners
Reporting & Insights: Keep performance visible and useful
- Manage reporting on key performance metrics
- Flag trends or red flags like dips in conversion or engagement
System & Process Improvements: Own and improve how things work
- Maintain backend workflows, automations, and inputs
- QA new tags, fields, dashboards
- Keep procedure docs and how-to guides up to date
- Support lead segmentation and handoff for marketing outreach
You thrive on clarity, order, and making things run smoothly – especially when it comes to keeping people and processes on track.
You don’t need a research background, however experience managing pipelines or CRMs is beneficial. What matters most is that you bring strong administrative capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and a process-driven mindset.
You’re comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and holding others to account. You do this respectfully – staying persistent without overstepping. You take initiative, follow process, and get things done without needing to be asked twice.
You’ll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
- A calm, methodical approach to keeping things updated and on time
- Confidence to follow up, chase, and challenge in order to progress deals
- Hands-on CRM experience (specifically HubSpot) and understanding of how sales pipelines work is a bonus
- A process mindset and an eye for improvement
- The maturity to work well with different personalities and styles
- A proactive, team-first attitude
What we offer
- Competitive pay, based on experience and fit
- A collaborative, friendly culture – with a globally connected team
- The chance to shape how we run our pipeline, processes, and CRM
- Fully remote working, with local support and close integration into UK-based teams
- Exposure to a progressive, AI-enabled business that’s redefining how insight gets done
If this sounds like a role where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a short note on why this feels like the right fit.
