The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center enhances the efficiency and quality of our finance processes while ensuring global end-to-end process standards.

How You’ll Find Success
Within the Finance Shared Services team, we have several openings across the Billings Team, Accounting, and Accounts Receivable team.
This team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and performing all Qualtrics billing related tasks. As the group who manages the very end of the sales cycle, the team will connect a wide variety of functions from sales to operations to accounting and ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.
We are looking for a full-time Finance Specialist who can work across internal teams, solve complex problems, and make the sales and renewal cycle a fantastic experience for our stakeholders. Our team is key for ensuring the accuracy of company sales, renewals, and financial forecasting, and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.

As a founding member of the Finance Shared Services Center Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company.
Things You’ll Do
Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices
Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses
Manages emails and cases requested by the sale organization and customers
Partner with sales representatives who close deals to obtain purchase orders
Work with team leads and managers to address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements
Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with other teams and departments
Support the training of new team members
Follow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce
Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects
Support requests external and internal auditors
Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.
Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the collections cycle for new business.
Data Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
2 - 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related field
Proven ability to influence stakeholders
Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
Bachelors’ degree required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
