Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our National Account Executive is responsible for increasing market share via lead generation and customer acquisition for our critical space business, which includes both ongoing critical space recurring maintenance services with Corporate End Users, as well as critical space focused construction cleaning with General Contractors. This particular role's focus is increasing market share and revenue with regional and national end-user oriented critical space clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus efforts on new client opportunities that fit the target client demographic provided
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies
- Build business relationships with new prospects,
- Quick response to client and prospect needs
- Collaborate with internal team members to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales activity using the company-provided CRM
- Participate in operations on new client programs and establish a partnership with operations
- Participate in all meetings as required by management
- Other responsibilities as designated by management

Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a business development manager or sales executive in a similar industry
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented, with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Experience working with CRM, Sales Force experience preferred
- Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of prior engagement with other industry-related professional associations
Working Conditions
- This job operates in a clerical office setting with frequent travel for face-to-face meetings with clients and other business partners. Overnight travel may be required.
- Must communicate effectively with employees and/or other clients; manual dexterity is required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. This job may include lifting up to 25 lbs. and other physical labor of moving hardware/equipment.
