Description

Medical transcriptionists are responsible for listening to voice recordings that physicians and other healthcare professionals make and convert them into written reports.

Job Responsibilities 

• Transcribe & send files directly and interested to work as an HBT.
• Documenting relevant information from the conversation between the patient and physician
• Collaborate with managers on feedback from clients and successfully resolve issues.
• Understands and complies with policies and procedures related medico legal matters, including confidentiality, release of information, medical records.
• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience with minimum 4 years as a Healthcare Documentation Associate
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Good knowledge in Medical Terminology, anatomy, medications, abbreviations, etc.,
• Good Listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of providers and patients.
• Good  Typing Skills
• Ability to comprehend appropriate medical information for live scenario
