You are expected to bring deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead integration initiatives that support digital transformation and enterprise data strategies.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and maintain integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and SAP Data Services (DS).Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources to SAP and non-SAP systems.Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of interfaces.Implement best practices for integration architecture, data quality, and security.Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Document technical specifications, integration designs, and support procedures.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes.What You Need to Be SuccessfulA driven and motivated SAP CI/DS Analyst with 3-5 years of integration experience with SAP APO, IBP, or similar planning tools.At least one full-cycle SAP IBP implementation experience, including Demand and Supply Planning.Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining data flows, tasks, and jobs for IBP integration.Experience integrating SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, and other third-party systems.Ability to debug key figure calculations, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform root cause analysis.Hands-on experience in configuring the IBP module for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Response, including the ability to debug complex key figure calculations and correlate them with business processes.Proficiency in reverse engineering existing SAP IBP processes to support future change requests and enhancements.Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / Smart Data Integration (SDI) and knowledge of ECC integration and quarterly upgrade processes.Experience with BW, Snowflake, and flat file integration using SAP directories.Bonus Points if You HaveBachelor’s or master’s in engineering or a related field.Ability to reverse engineer and understand HARMAN’s SAP IBP processes to support future change requests on the CI/DS side.Knowledge and experience in cloud integration.What Makes You EligibleWillingness to travel up to 20%.Willingness to work in Bangalore, India.What We OfferFlexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location.Access to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.).Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University.Competitive wellness benefits.Tuition reimbursement.“Be Brilliant” employee recognition and rewards program.An inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development.#LI-AD3 Jetzt bewerben
