We have an exciting opportunity for a Valuer to join our market leading Valuation & Advisory team based in our Edinburgh office.  We are a professional, nimble and collaborative team supporting high profile transactional and advisory projects in Scotland and the rest of the UK.  The successful candidate will be a team player and keen collaborator, and be involved in the valuation of core commercial assets including retail, industrial and offices for lenders, investors, developers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations of retail, industrial and office related properties in accordance with RICS standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.
• Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full membership of RICS (MRICS).
• Experience in commercial property valuation is desirable.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise is advantageous but training will be provided.
