About the Role


Patra is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Vice President of Marketing to lead and evolve our marketing efforts during a period of rapid growth and innovation. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with experience in SaaS, BPO, and high-growth, Private Equity-backed environments. The VP of Marketing will be instrumental in redefining how we connect with the market, clients, and prospects — driving demand generation, building a modern brand presence, and scaling our marketing team to meet the evolving needs of an agentic AI-driven future.

This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that supports Patra’s growth in the insurance sector, while also positioning the company at the forefront of automation, digital transformation, and next-gen service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a modern, scalable marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, especially in the SaaS and BPO sectors within insurance.
  • Team Transformation: Build and lead a high-performing, agile marketing team capable of operating in a fast-moving, AI-enabled world. Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and performance.
  • Brand & Positioning: Strengthen Patra’s brand presence in the market by refining our positioning, messaging, and value proposition across channels. Ensure clear differentiation in a crowded, rapidly evolving industry.
  • Demand Generation: Own and optimize the demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline growth. Leverage marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content, events, and performance marketing to support customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Lead with data — implementing marketing tech stacks that provide visibility into ROI and customer behavior. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and personalization.
  • Customer Marketing & Retention: Partner closely with sales and customer success to drive engagement, upsell, and retention. Develop lifecycle marketing programs that align with the customer journey.
  • Private Equity Partnership: Collaborate with PE stakeholders to align marketing strategy with investor goals. Provide regular reporting and insights into performance, efficiency, and growth initiatives.
  • AI and Innovation-Forward: Champion the integration of AI into the marketing stack, ensuring the team leverages emerging technologies for content creation, campaign optimization, personalization, and customer insights.

 

Requirements

 

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, BPO, or tech-enabled service organizations
  • Proven success in high-growth and Private Equity-backed environments
  • Demonstrated experience transforming marketing functions and building teams for scale
  • Strong grasp of modern marketing principles, demand generation, content strategy, and digital channels
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and analytics tools
  • Experience driving revenue-focused marketing strategies in partnership with sales
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment while thinking strategically
  • Comfortable navigating the complexities and opportunities of AI-enabled tools and workflows
