Administrative Events Coordinator 
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable individual to join our prestigious law office as an Administrative Events Coordinator. This role is integral to maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting internal initiatives across Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. The successful candidate will coordinate internal and offsite events, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment with our office services team. 

Who We Want
•    Scheduling and Coordination: Manage event coordination, meeting and conference arrangement for events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
•    Event Planning & Support: Assist with the planning and execution of internal lunches, offsite firm events, and evening functions in collaboration with Human Resources, Marketing and Practice Group teams.
•    Vendor & Resource Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage office inventory and event-related needs.
•    Client & Visitor Experience: Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients, guests, and staff while serving as back up to our front desk reception.
•    Team Oversight: Coordinate the work schedule of a small team of office messengers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of documents and correspondence.
•    Office Support: Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and supply management as time permits.
•    Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive information and legal documents.

What You Need
•    Experience: Prior experience in office coordination, hospitality, or administrative support, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
•    Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
•    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
•    Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time management abilities with attention to detail.
•    Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools as well as conference technology.
•    Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and a high standard of service.
•    Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
