Position Overview

We’re hiring an EHS Field Specialist to support environmental compliance and health and safety programs at our Tolleson Reconditioning Center and other nearby operational sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, cross-functional collaboration, and making a visible impact in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with EHS recordkeeping and compliance tracking systems.

• Ensure compliance with air, water, and waste regulations and permits.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to promote workplace safety.

• Lead or support Safety Action Teams (SATs) to drive safety culture.

• Collaborate with consultants and interface with OSHA and environmental agencies.

• Support corrective actions, internal reviews, and environmental reporting.

• Help review development plans for environmental permitting needs.

• Travel locally between assigned sites as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.

• 3+ years of relevant EHS experience.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for site travel).

• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, EHS software tools).

• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• OSHA HAZWOPER certification.

• NIOSH 582 or other air quality/asbestos training.

• Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics settings.

• Consulting or engineering background a plus.
