Responsibilities:

• Reporting and analysis: Oversee financial operations across multiple production sites, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies. The job holder continuously monitors financial performance, evaluates risks and opportunities to ensure the division stays on track to deliver financial results.
• Planning and forecasting: Lead the financial forecasting and operative planning process for the division, including simulations with a holistic view on all aspects of the P&L.
• Cost control & financial reporting: Monitor and manage costs across multiple production sites, ensuring financial performance targets are met; provide regular reports to senior management on performance KPIs. Work collaboratively with operations management on effective inventory management
• Risk management & compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting standards, and external regulations in collaboration with external / internal audit teams and legal and tax
• The job holder is responsible for ensuring effective controls are in place as well as a diligent and effective remediation of findings of internal / external audits.
• Business Partner: Acts as a business partner for the local / regional management teams and for the regional / global Finance & Controlling Community and is responsible for providing all decision takers with solid financial analysis.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost control, budgeting and profitability analysis in a regional or multi-site environment.

Very good knowledge of ERP (Great Plains or SAP, preferred) and Reporting (Board and BI, preferred) Systems.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Lean Methodologies (ideally green belt certified)
