We are looking for a Subscription Document Associate to review and negotiate investor subscription and transfer documents for private equity sponsor clients. This associate will have significant client contact. Knowledge of securities law is a plus but not required. The Firm will train the right candidate. Position is off-track. Compensation is commensurate with a first-year associate, which is $225,000.
Required criteria:
- J.D. and DC or NY Bar admission required (pending admission is acceptable).
- Strong academic credentials.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present well to clients is a must. This is a client facing position with frequent direct client contact.
- Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must work well independently and as a team member.
