Essential Functions:• Drive self-service use of analytical tools through communication, documentation, engagement with users.• Administer all relevant tools/systems across the Data and Analytics team.• Serve as escalation point for incidents, problems, and service requests for designated areas. • Manage and route the ingestion of requests from around Sysco Labs and Sysco Corp.  Oversee incoming and outgoing communications and maintain departmental documentation. • Act as Scrum Master for the analytics team workflow. Prioritize, track and report on status of projects and initiatives to stakeholders and management. • Lead the creation of new analytics related capabilities, such as experimentation and event data governance.• Gather insights from data analytics on a regular cadence to encourage the rest of the team within a vertical to learn and follow-up from those insights. Hold others accountable to sharing learnings with key stakeholders. • Develop a medium or vehicle to showcase the impact of the Data and Analytics team. • Engage in practices that enable an organic conversation between and among cross functional customers regarding data driven decisions. Anticipate and ask the necessary questions to introduce strategic thinking with stakeholders and partners. Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 6 years project management or administrative experience.• Experience in delivering data projects, data governance, including identification of business requirements, designs, builds and tests.• Experience with Atlassian, Microsoft, and Tableau products. Preferred Qualifications• 8 years project management or administrative experience, in a technical environment.
