THE JOB:
A Warehouse and Receiving Attendant is responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments. They meticulously document inventory levels, conduct quality checks on products, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely coordination. Additionally, these professionals contribute to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, handling tasks such as packaging, labeling, and equipment operation.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Receiving Shipments: Unload trucks by forklift and pallet jack. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Documentation and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels. Record and update inventory using computerized systems.
• Sorting, Organizing, and Storage: Organize and sort incoming goods for efficient storage. Assemble and deliver warehouse orders to the appropriate departments.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to address issues, implement improvements, and ensure a smooth workflow.  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At lease 18 years old
• Previous warehouse and/or receiving experience (preferred)

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
