The Fun Stuff
This role involves capturing high-quality video content both in-studio and on location, and editing that content into compelling visual stories that align with our brand and campaign goals. Highly skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications and has experience creating motion graphics to bring concepts to life.
Essential Duties
Film professional-quality video in-studio and on location shoots (interviews, events, b-roll, etc.).
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture the best possible footage.
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to interpret project briefs and deliver visual assets that meet strategic goals.
Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently.
Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production and post-production.
Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Experience
Experience with capturing footage and audio for editing. Film editing and creation using Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Media Encoder.
Basic Graphic Design Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Experience with color correction and audio mixing. Knowledge of graphic design, photography and photo editing is a plus.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field or substantial hands-on experience that includes a strong demo reel or portfolio of past videography work, experience with professional video cameras, editing software, lighting and audio; experience shooting in different environments and possibly freelance work, internships or agency/studio work.
Skills
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Mac, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier) and Microsoft Office. A working knowledge of video and motion graphics editing. A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
