Major Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment to ensure all customers and co-workers are treated respectfully. Be an enthusiastic problem solver.
• Ensure all certifications stay current and attend all required courses and in service training required by Fort Bliss and MWR.
• Manage staff according to availability, schedules and shifts to provide the best coverage and budget intentions according to season, events, and daily operations.
• Take immediate response on all maintenance needs by notifying the supervisor or pool operator on duty or calling in a work order if needed and document in logbook.
• Help with the planning and execution of weekly and monthly in-service trainings.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: **Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria Must possess the following certificates: - American Red Cross "Lifeguard" certification or nationally recognized equivalent (i.e. Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Certification). - American Red Cross "Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional Rescuer" (CPR-Pro) certification or nationally recognized equivalent (i.e. Ellis & Associates (CPR) Certification). - American Red Cross "Automated External Defibrillator" (AED) certification or nationally recognized equivalent i.e. Ellis & Associates AED certification.
