What you will do

Responsibilities

• We’re looking for someone that will drive our Roamap of standardizing and integrating our Product Catalog across all BSS domains (quoting, pricing, billing). You will have a strong influence into how the Product Catalog is modelled and implemented on all areas of lead-to-cash from Lead nurturing & Opportunity management, Quoting & Pricing, Approval processes, Provisioning, all the way through getting invoices to customers & support. 
• Manage the roadmap of work required to standardize, clean up and integrate the Product Catalog in the Vonage platform.
• Discover, analyze and document requirements, product data models and business processes related to Product Catalog from intake, to approval, synchronization, roll-back, versioning.
• Work with Engineering to oversee the delivery of new features and products
• Integrate user and customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plans.

What you will bring

• Experience delivering complex projects or business transformations in the BSS area;
• Be able to manage the BSS Product Catalog roadmap balancing internal and external customers needs with internal platform demands;

• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems;
• Excellent at discovering root causes of business pain points, proposing solutions and translating them into actionable business requirements;
• Excellent at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to communicate with simplicity, precision, and empathy;
• Experience with Agile methodologies & tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience using Jira, Confluence and project management tools.

What is required for application

Required

• Previous experience in BSS/OSS Digital Transformation programmes with exposure to complex usage-based product types
• Computer Science degree or similar technical qualifications
• Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant sector and function
• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience or Senior Business Analyst
• Previous software development experience at some point in your career

Preferred

• Masters Degree in Computer Science or Business Management

Skills & Experience

• Consistent track record working in and delivering complex multi-stream projects
• Significant experience with discovering, analyzing and capturing business requirements in different formats, being PRDs, process flows or wireframes
• Some experience with Agile methodologies & tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Highly analytical and at ease with influencing others through facts, insights and great presentation abilities
• Self-Aware and confident in the unique blend of technology, market, business and relevant domain skills you bring to the table and how you want to develop as a leader
• Learning mindset: not constrained to use only one set of technologies from previous experience; open to different methods to achieve business goals
• Experience rolling up your sleeves at start-ups or able to demonstrate an ambitious track record at a large corporation or in parallel to your work.
